Scott Linner
School Psychologist
Hello, my name is Scott Linner and I am excited to join the staff at New Heights as your School Psychologist. I live on the North Hill and am looking forward to walking to school. In many ways, it feels like a return to my roots since I spent K-3 in the building when it was Washington Elementary.
I grew up in Stillwater and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls with degrees in Elementary Education and School Psychology. I spent most of my career working in Alaska. I still have a home in Homer, Alaska and was back this summer fishing. I moved back to Stillwater to be closer to family eleven years ago. Since I have been back, I have been working as a School Psychologist at Afton-Lakeland Elementary. I also work part-time as Educational Consultant for the Rosenberg Center in Roseville.
I look forward to beginning this new chapter of my career at New Heights. I am working on becoming a Yoga Calm instructor and hope to do some instruction in the classrooms this year. Please introduce yourself to me when you see me in the hallways of New Heights.
